The Opportunity

As a Senior UX Product Designer, you will build the primary products including mobile applications. You will work with our product team to define the user journey, build wireframes and prototypes, plan and run consumer research and implement designs that improve our brand and enhance our platform. You will interpret business strategy and creative direction intelligently.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Palo Alto, CA

What You Will Do:

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts
  • Conduct user research including concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve design solutions, discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeys
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads and other partners on acceptance criteria, technical feasibility, and product feature details.
  • Develop new product concepts, storyboards, detailed interaction designs and screen flows, and prototypes to explain solutions
  • Create compelling visual designs that align to company and product brand standards
  • Participate in work sessions with partners and users to define important design goals and requirements
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of designers to bring end-to-end execution of product build and launch

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
  • 5+ years of experience in Product, User Experience, HCI, Graphic or Web Design
  • Experience creating interaction design solutions for desktop, web and mobile applications
  • Interaction and visual design skills required, including the use of Figma for lean UX design and Rapid Prototyping
  • Familiar working with design systems that scale across platforms
  • Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research at all stages of product development
  • Experience in an Agile work setting (scrum, sprint cycles)
