Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Microsoft D365 F&O Functional Analyst who will support, maintain, and enhance mission-critical ERP environment. The ideal person must have strong Analyst skills, but must understand admin functions, demonstrating familiarity with security (roles/privileges) and the overall system workings.
Tasks include but not limited to the following:
- Meet with stakeholders to determine current / future state; analyze what s needed and how to implement solutions, i.e., How do system and operations look and how does it fit in the environment?
- Work closely with business teams and IT counterparts on design, customization, configu
ration, implementation, testing, deployment, training and administration of environments. - Post implementation support, troubleshooting and resolving D365 related issues and user requests
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Broad functional experience with MS Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and other modules
- Demonstrable understanding of business processes as they relate to D365
- Understanding of D365 administration (user roles, privileges, etc.) and some development is highly desired
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Demonstrable commitment to quality, accuracy and validating work product
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface directly with business users
- Independent worker but excellent team player as well
