Job Details

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist with expertise in Databricks and PySpark to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable data pipelines and machine learning models using Databricks and PySpark.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and create data-driven solutions.
  • Enhance data quality and consistency through effective data cleansing and feature engineering techniques.
  • Maintain technical documentation for data processes and machine learning models.
  • Communicate insights through data visualizations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Python, R, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Azure.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Certification in data science or a related field.
