Job Details
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onsite Resource Manager to support our growing staff augmentation business. This role will act as a critical bridge between our India-based Talent Acquisition team and US-based clients, ensuring timely and successful fulfillment of resource requirements. You will play a hands-on role in driving talent alignment, managing client expectations, and facilitating smooth onboarding and transition of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the offshore talent acquisition team in India.
- Track and manage open resource requirements across clients; ensure timely sharing of high-quality, vetted profiles.
- Understand client expectations in terms of skills, seniority, timelines, and cultural fit.
- Proactively identify gaps in submissions, provide feedback, and guide sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Conduct initial screening or coordination calls to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate profiles.
- Maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers and internal stakeholders to anticipate upcoming needs.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure end-to-end closure of hiring lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on fulfillment metrics and help drive improvements in turnaround time and quality.
- Support onboarding coordination and resource transition for new hires.
- Overlap partially with India TA team to ensure handoffs and alignment across time zones.
- Provide weekly/monthly updates to leadership on fulfillment health and pipeline status.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 10 years of experience in resource management, staffing, or technical recruitment (preferably in IT services or staff augmentation).
- Prior experience managing client-facing roles in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with technical skill sets (e.g., developers, QA, PMs, DevOps) across frontend, backend, and cloud stacks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience working with India-based delivery/recruitment teams preferred.
- Comfortable working US business hours with partial overlap with India.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass) is a plus.
- Familiarity with the US staffing landscape and visa/work authorization processes.
