Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles, from ideation to launch, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive product success.

• Lead the product management process, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and customers to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Utilize SAFe principles to manage product backlogs and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
• Prepare and present product updates and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge and experience as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Proven experience in product management with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a data driven approach to decision making.
• Experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs.

• Experience in a technology driven environment, preferably in software development or IT services.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with design teams.
• Certification in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or related Agile certifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7 10 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex products and delivering results in a fast paced environment.
