We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project delivery, from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing project roadmaps, rigorous budget tracking, and effective Statement of Work (SOW) management. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering strong relationships with teams

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Project Planning & Road mapping

 

·        Define and develop comprehensive project roadmaps, including project scope, goals, objectives, and deliverables.

·        Work with stakeholders to define and document requirements and project success criteria.

·        Create detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS) to guide the project from inception to delivery.

·        Manage a project's full life cycle, ensuring all phases—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing—are completed effectively.

·        Budget & Resource Management

·        Prepare and manage project budgets, including detailed cost estimations and continuous tracking of expenses.

·        Allocate and manage resources (including people, materials, and equipment) to maximize efficiency and keep the project within its financial constraints.

·        Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks to prevent budget overruns.

·        SOW & Contract Management

·        Prepare, review, and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly define project scope, deliverables, due dates, and pricing.

·        Ensure all project activities adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the SOW.

·        Communicate with vendors and external consultants to negotiate and manage contract terms effectively.

·        Handle contract-related issues and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

·        Execution & Monitoring

·        Coordinate cross-functional teams and external resources, delegating tasks and managing timelines.

·        Monitor project progress, measure performance using key metrics, and adjust project plans as needed to address challenges.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and clients.

·        Assess and manage potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

 

Skills & Qualifications

 

·        Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager managing projects from start to finish. Specific experience in managing project roadmaps, budget tracking, and SOW management is essential.

·        Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be detail-oriented and have strong follow-through.

·        Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to internal teams, external clients, and executives.

·        Problem-Solving: Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.

·        Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software such as [e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Wrike] is required.

·        Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams toward successful outcomes.
