Job Details
The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos has an opening for an experienced Systems Engineer on the DISA Defense Red Switch Network team in support of an enterprise VoIP management system - GSM-O II contract at Fort Meade, MD. The successful candidate will have a systems engineering background responsible for system integration on a high-paced, fast-moving program. The candidate will be a member of a team that interacts with technical and non-technical individuals including customers and vendors, but primarily with our subject matter expert teammates. In this role, the candidate will provide technical assistance, administer configurations, upgrade software, ensure applicable STIGs are applied and documented, conduct and support testing on work performed, recommend enhancements, and troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with the various sub-systems.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00

Responsibilities:
- Leverage your technical background to understand the customer's goals and identify the best integration solution for their needs
- Perform customer (end user) system integration by following instructions and executing processes
- Test and troubleshoot configurations to confirm successful integration
- Communicate with customers during integration and post-integration including responding to emails, facilitating meetings or phone conversations, participating in solving technical problems
- Author/update documentation
- Identify configuration errors and check appropriate log files to debug issues
Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of overall related experience
- Broad range of skills and experience across several COTS technologies- Windows, Linux, VMware, and networking.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented
- Experience or demonstrated familiarity in multiple of the following technologies, and a desire to learn the others:
- MS Windows (AD, GPO, Server 2016, Win10, WSUS)
- RedHat Linux OS administration
- VMware ESXi and vCenter
- Lantronix, A10s, MicroSemi, NTP Servers with RSA
- Cisco ISE, RadiantOne, RSA SecurID
- Tenable vulnerability/compliance scanning tools
- HAIPE management using GEM One
- Session Border Controllers (Ribbon)
- Active SCI clearance or Top Secret (eligible for SCI) clearance
- Security + is REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in providing similar integration support for onboarding external information systems
- Experience or demonstrated familiarity with multiple of the following identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) concepts/standards:
- LDAP or MS Active Directory
- PKI and TLS/SSL
- RADIUS, SNMP, and NTP protocols
- Multi-factor Authentication (RSA)
- Experience or demonstrated familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure concepts and usage, including certificates, browser security configurations, and tokens
- Experience in identity management and governance, to include single sign-on, identity federation, or enterprise directory architecture and design
- Local to Ft. Meade, MD
