Job Title: Lead Java Developer (Cloud & Full Stack Expertise)

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer to join our dynamic and growing team.

This role requires a strong backend development background with deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot, as well as experience in modern cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform and AWS).

You will lead a team of developers, contribute to system architecture, and work on both backend and full stack development involving PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and front-end frameworks like ReactJS and React Native.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based backend services using Spring Boot. Architect and manage cloud infrastructure leveraging Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and AWS CloudFormation

. Guide and mentor a team of developers through code reviews, design discussions, and agile development practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Management to deliver high-quality solutions.

Work with PostgreSQL and BigQuery to manage data models and large datasets. Develop and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS and React Native.

Monitor application performance and reliability using New Relic and proactively address issues. Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Retail industry experience is required good to have Auto industry exp and knowledge of NAPA Standards Experience in Java development with a strong grasp of Spring Boot.

Proven experience leading software development teams. Strong expertise with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and/or AWS CloudFormation.

Solid experience in working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL. Proficiency in BigQuery for handling large-scale data analytics.

Experience with modern front-end technologies: ReactJS, React Native.

Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like New Relic.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and agile development methodologies.
