Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Functional Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage deep experience in PeopleSoft Financials to analyze complex business problems, deliver solutions, and manage the full project lifecycle for module implementations.

Key Responsibilities"

PeopleSoft Implementation & Functional Expertise

Lead the full implementation lifecycle for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.

Serve as the primary functional expert for the AR and Billing modules, driving system configuration and deployment.

Conduct detailed requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis for the AR and Billing modules, proposing alternative solutions and assessing cost/benefit.

Manage data mapping efforts for conversions from legacy systems and integration with third-party interface systems.

Review computer system capabilities and scheduling limitations to determine project feasibility within the existing environment.

Core Business Analysis & Project Support

Understand core business objectives and operational procedures to identify process improvement opportunities and automation needs.

Write detailed documentation of user needs, program functions, and steps required for system development or modification.

Facilitate and lead meetings with organizational units to analyze current procedures and define specific input/output requirements (data summarization, reporting formats, etc.).

Design and perform hands-on end-to-end system testing to ensure delivered solutions meet user requirements.

Support system documentation and training efforts as needed.

Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years of total relevant experience, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

PeopleSoft Expertise (Mandatory): Must have hands-on experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules as a functional business analyst.

Skills: Demonstrated excellence in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and complex data mapping.

Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a large, remote team.

Work Schedule: Must be available for some off-hours work depending on project phase.

Other Duties: Expected to independently perform a variety of complicated tasks and demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
