Key Responsibilities

Provide daily, on-site technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the organization.

Manage user accounts and access permissions within Active Directory and other essential systems.

Assist with basic administration tasks related to Office 365 and domain infrastructure.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a formal IT help desk or support role.

Proven hands-on experience with Active Directory user and group administration.

Familiarity with routine administrative tasks within an Office 365 environment.

Demonstrable understanding of basic domain principles and network connectivity.

Ability to work on-site full-time (8 AM - 5 PM) in the Hempstead, Texas area.
