Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily, on-site technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the organization.

  • Manage user accounts and access permissions within Active Directory and other essential systems.

  • Assist with basic administration tasks related to Office 365 and domain infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a formal IT help desk or support role.

  • Proven hands-on experience with Active Directory user and group administration.

  • Familiarity with routine administrative tasks within an Office 365 environment.

  • Demonstrable understanding of basic domain principles and network connectivity.

  • Ability to work on-site full-time (8 AM - 5 PM) in the Hempstead, Texas area.
