Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 production support for Unix-based systems and applications
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Unix, SQL, and Oracle DB
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability
- Manage and support cloud-based environments (AWS or PCF)
- Adhere to ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Document support procedures, resolutions, and system configurations
- Participate in on-call rotation and support weekend deployments as needed
