Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions leveraging ServiceNow, Google Cloud Platform, and other cloud technologies.
• Define and implement integration architectures involving Kafka for real-time streaming and data exchange between distributed systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust architectural solutions.
• Develop API and microservices architectures, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability across platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for integrating ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other SaaS/cloud-based systems.
• Drive technical decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and cloud strategy.
• Review and validate system designs to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, including solution diagrams, data flow diagrams, and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure implementation aligns with architectural vision and design principles.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, particularly in the AI and cloud ecosystem, to recommend solutions that enhance system efficiency and business value.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards, especially within healthcare or related domains.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing technical leadership and mentoring to developers and technical staff.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, identifying root causes and recommending architectural improvements.

Must have Skill:

• Proven experience as a true Solutions Architect not limited to Tech Lead, Technical Architect, or Java Architect roles.
• ServiceNow architecture and integration expertise.
• Cloud experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) design and deployment of cloud-native and hybrid solutions.
• Strong understanding of Kafka for integration and event streaming architectures.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Solid knowledge of cloud/SaaS systems integration (including Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar).
• Proficiency in modern programming and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and familiarity with data modeling, sharding, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of distributed computing principles, including concurrency, parallel processing, and messaging systems.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience with proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Domain experience in Healthcare, Finance, or Insurance (preferred).
• Self-driven, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
