CEI’s entertainment client is seeking a MECM Operations Analyst/Admin to join their team!
Job at a glance:

  • This is a long-term contract, with an initial term of 12 months, planned for extension and/or permanent placement
  • Pay rate is $54-$62/hr W2 + eligible to sign up for benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k) on day 1
  • Hybrid position, onsite 3 days/wk in Lake Buena Vista, FL and remote 2 days/wk
  • Seeking candidates with strong experience supporting MECM, SCCM, Intune, or another endpoint management tool.

Job Summary:
Join the Client's team, where you'll support the deployment and performance of our endpoint management system – Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM). You’ll help ensure our devices receive the updates, applications, and configurations they need, using MECM tools and working with both technical teams and end-users.

This is a hands-on, operational role — perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with tech tools, and enjoys cross-team collaboration — but doesn’t need a deep technical or engineering background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MECM Support & Operations: Use MECM tools to assist with software deployments, updates, and reporting across thousands of Client devices.

  • User & Team Coordination: Serve as a liaison between technical teams (like imaging or software deployment) and business users, helping ensure smooth rollouts.

  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track deployment success/failure, identify basic issues, and escalate when necessary.

  • Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear records of deployment activities, communicate status updates, and help with process documentation.

  • Onsite Support (as needed): Travel up to 10% to Client locations for hands-on support, coordination, or go-live events.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting MECM, SCCM, Intune, or another endpoint management tool.

  • Experience working in a large, fast-paced organization.

  • Experience working in an IT support, operations, or coordination role.

  • Familiarity with software deployment processes (even at a high level).

  • Comfortable using enterprise software platforms or dashboards (MECM or similar).

  • Strong communication and organization skills — able to bridge gaps between tech teams and business users.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.

  • Ability to identify trends in data and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Exposure to enterprise IT systems or corporate environments.
