A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated UX Content Conversation Designer to support them remotely.


Overview:



  • Seeking a highly motivated UX Content Conversation Designer to support them remotely.

  • Design, test, and refine chatbot and voice assistant interactions that feel natural, intuitive, and aligned with the brand voice.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams to develop scalable, user-centered conversational experiences across digital platforms.

  • Full remote work capability.


Responsibilities:



  • Design end-to-end conversational flows for chatbots, IVRs, and other AI-powered interfaces.

  • Write clear, concise, and natural-sounding conversational content that reflects our brand tone.

  • Define intents, utterances, and response logic for AI/NLU systems.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to implement conversation strategies.

  • Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on conversation flows to improve effectiveness.

  • Maintain conversation design guidelines and promote best practices.

  • Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and the user in every design decision.


Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of professional experience in conversation design or UX writing for conversational interfaces.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conversational UI/UX projects.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with an ear for human dialogue and tone variation.

  • Solid understanding of design thinking, UX principles, and accessibility standards.

  • Proficiency with at least one conversational AI platform (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson, Voiceflow).

  • Familiarity with conversation design tools and frameworks.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams.
