Your Role:

The Web Experience Lead is responsible for shaping and advancing the online user experience for Process Solutions within MilliporeSigma. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing & Operations, this role will champion the development and optimization of webpages, content, web functionality enhancements and web journeys that address the unique needs of Process Solutions customers. The Web Experience Lead will collaborate closely with the Life Sciences web team, as well as other teams in the Marketing Center and business franchises, to ensure the delivery of educational, informative, and engaging content that supports customers and prospects throughout their decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Experience Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and drive a customer-centric web experience strategy for Process Solutions, focused on delivering educational and informative content that supports customers throughout the buying journey
  • Serve as the Process Solutions advocate in cross-functional web experience discussions, ensuring that the needs of this division are represented and prioritized
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in current web content and user journeys, leveraging marketing research and customer insights
  • Act as a liaison between web, MarTech, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive integration of tools and platforms supporting the end-to-end customer journey
  • Develop and execute an organic web strategy to effectively leverage organic channels alongside paid efforts for driving targeted traffic to the website and campaign pages

2. Content, SEO & UX Optimization
  • Collaborate with the Life Sciences web team to influence, guide, and implement enhancements to Process Solutions webpages and content
  • Work with content creators, subject matter experts, and design teams to deliver content that educates, engages, and is optimized for search visibility
  • Ensure that web content and user experience, underpinned by strong SEO principles, align with the unique customer journey of Process Solutions, including offline transaction pathways

3. Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and track KPIs related to web engagement and user experience for Process Solutions
  • Define business requirements and oversee the implementation of webpage tagging and analytics, ensuring accurate measurement of user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement ongoing improvements to the web experience
  • Stay informed of digital experience best practices and emerging trends relevant to B2B and complex buying journeys
  • Collaborate with analytics and research teams to measure and improve web performance, content effectiveness, and user satisfaction

This role will be based out of Bedford, MA but will be open to remote work anywhere in the U.S.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in web experience management, digital marketing, or content strategy, preferably in B2B or life sciences environments

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in developing and optimizing customer-centric web journeys and content
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, SEO, and content strategy for complex, multi-stage buying processes
  • Hands-on experience coding and developing webpages is a plus, enabling effective collaboration and communication with technical teams.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including web, content, and business stakeholders
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions and measure impact
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Marketing Platforms such as HubSpot, SFMC, etc. is a plus

Pay Range for this position: $121,100 - $196,300

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
