SAP Basis

At least 4 years of experience in Detailed patching and system parameter configuration of servers and landscape.
At least 4 years of experience in doing Archiving and Security patching.
Experience in Problem management, Root cause analysis and Trouble shooting skills.
At least 4 years of experience in knowledge with SAP ECC , BW, GRC, Solution manager both ABAP and Net weaver Java Stack systems with SQL ,Max DB Databases.
At least 4 years of experience in performance matrix and troubleshooting requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting.
Analytical and Communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Knowledge of Solution Manager Alert setup (Technical Monitoring and configurations) customization. Knowledge of other functionality within Solution Manager is beneficial but not required.
Manage freeze periods, emergency changes, retrofit activities and decommissioning of systems during the upgrades and Migrations.
Knowledge of Release Management concepts and processes
Knowledge of Transport Management concepts and processes

SAP RAR:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 6+ years of proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and R2R processes.
The location for this position is primarily US.
Preferred Qualifications for - SAP Record to Report (RTR) Functional Consultant
Lead and execute R2R activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function.
Perform financial data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Supervise and mentor team members within the R2R department.

SAP ABAP/PI

PI Consultants are responsible for designing and developing integration solutions that connect SAP and non-SAP systems. This includes creating interfaces, mappings, and adapters to facilitate data exchange between systems.
Implement mappings using various methods like Graphical Mapping, Java Mapping, and XSLT Mapping, also configure different adapters, such as SOAP, REST, IDoc, RFC, JDBC, and File.
Configure and customize SAP PI/PO components (e.g., Integration Builder, Integration Directory, Runtime Workbench) to meet business needs.
Strong understanding of SAP PI/PO architecture, message processing, and adapter configurations.
Manage and monitor integration processes, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance to ensure smooth and efficient data flow between systems
Understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project implementation
Monitor integration processes, identify and resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to users
Create and maintain technical documentation for all integration solutions, including design specifications, configuration details, and troubleshooting guides.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability.

SAP ABAP:

Develop and implement technical specifications

Support functional consultants in designing solutions for the gaps identified
Experienced in SAP S4 HANA ABAP/ODATA/CDS.
Should be very good at technical Architecture, hands on activities and solution assurance.

Conversion - LSMW, BDC / Custom Built
Enhancements - User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Framework

Knowledge in OO ABAP, BRF+
Knowledge in Workflow and Webdynpro
Fiori/UI App development
Knowledge in S/4 HANA is an added advantage
Participate in knowledge transition sessions
Exposure to delivering in Agile Methodology
Provide status reports for projects to management
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in Public Sector is preferred.
