iSphere is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise content management initiatives for a high-profile state agency client. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in projects with multiple stakeholders, complex integrations, and a need for both strategic vision and hands-on delivery.

If you ve been steering ECM projects for years and can navigate budgets, timelines, and system enhancements without breaking a sweat especially with Alfresco this is your chance to make a big impact.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Lead projects with multiple integrations and stakeholder groups from kickoff to completion

• Manage enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, including enhancements and maintenance

• Oversee budgets and expense tracking for state-level projects

• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed

• Apply Agile/Scrum principles where appropriate to drive collaboration and efficiency

• Work closely with technical teams on Alfresco Share customization and AMP packaging

What We re Looking For:

• 6+ years of direct project management experience, including work with multiple integrations and stakeholders

• 6+ years managing projects with enterprise content management solutions

• 6+ years of experience with state budget and expense tracking

• Preferred: 3+ years with TEA or another state agency

• Preferred: Agile/Scrum participation

• Preferred: Familiarity with Alfresco Share customization and AMP packaging
