Overview
Work as an multi-cloud infrastructure foundation engineer to design and implement cloud infrastructure and shared services, establish / develop / publish technical standards and patterns, deliver both high level and low design as well as operation and governance processes for cloud operation to support the solution. Support cloud migration teams and digital platform teams to adopt the cloud infrastructure foundation properly, review cloud infrastructure changes, and provide level 3 support for cloud infrastructure foundation. The cloud infrastructure and shared services include IaaS and PaaS services, cloud native networking, cloud security, high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Proven success in delivering large-scale and complex multi cloud foundations and infrastructure, enabling mission-critical business solutions.
- Change driver with demonstrated successes and lessons learned from past programs.
- Comfort in translating technical information for leadership and creating associated storyboards.
- Ability to decompose complex problems and simplify solutions.
- Extensive multi cloud infrastructure architecture experience, both broad and deep.
- Solid experience in cloud automation architecture and engineering for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Capability to lead and work with internal and external teams with clear communication.
- Experience in coaching junior engineers and contractors to deliver high-quality products.
- Experience setting and enforcing architecture standards and guidelines.
- Expertise in identifying opportunities in the cloud marketplace and automation, setting direction, analysing business requirements and technology options, designing solutions, and integrating best practices.
- Strong communication and influence skills to socialize and align architecture roadmaps and designs with peers and senior leadership (LG1+).
- Support all PepsiCo global IT functions and sectors for cloud automation in IaaS and PaaS. Collaborate with teams outside of the I&O organization and sector IT teams, operating on highly complex cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) technologies and services.
- Continuously adopt and leverage new cloud technologies to create secure, globally scalable, and highly reliable infrastructure.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of multi cloud infrastructure engineering and operation experience
- 8+ years of cloud automation and CI/CD working experience using Azure DevOps, Ansible Playbooks, PowerShell, Terraform and ARM
- 15+ years of IT infrastructure and solution architecture experience
- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance
- Automated deployment for ISV products like - Palo Alto, F5
- Automated Azure Policy, AWS Security policy
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
