Technical Program Manager Intern

Technical Program Manager

Duration: 6-12+ month contract

Location: Costa Mesa, CA (Hybrid, 2-3x onsite per month)

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Technical Program Manager Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to manage escalations and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate Clearly: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to articulate project goals, updates, and challenges effectively.
  • Proactive Leadership: Take initiative by asking questions, driving projects forward, and being proactive in identifying and solving issues.
  • Operational Management: Handle operations tasks including upgrades, maintenance windows, and ticket management.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW), Kanban, ITSM, and JIRA to manage and track project progress.
  • Continuous Learning: Exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt, maintaining a positive attitude throughout the internship.

Qualifications:
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to connect and work effectively with developers and technical teams.
  • Experience in operations management, including handling upgrades and maintenance windows.
  • Familiarity with SNOW, Kanban, ITSM, and JIRA.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and a great attitude.
