About Our Client
A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.
Job Description
- Drive the delivery of key initiatives through thorough business and data analysis, process documentation, and effective change management practices.
- Gather and document business requirements, create process flow diagrams, develop user stories and BRDs, and design screen mock-ups to support solution design.
- Perform detailed data analysis, including financial reconciliations, monitoring, and implementation of data processes and controls to ensure data integrity.
- Support change management efforts such as user documentation, communication memos, and training, while also providing day-to-day user support and identifying opportunities for process and technology improvements.

The Successful Applicant
- 5-7 years of experience in business and data analysis, with a solid understanding of quality assurance, technology implementation, and change management initiatives.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of SQL/VBA considered a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for working in a diverse, multicultural team setting.
