SAP LMS (Learning Management System) Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP LMS (Learning Management System) Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions. The consultant will work closely with HR, L&D, and IT stakeholders to design, deliver, and optimize digital learning experiences that align with business and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) module based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and define learning processes.
  • Customize learning programs, curricula, items, learning paths, and user roles.
  • Manage integrations with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central) and third-party content providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft).
  • Develop reports and dashboards using LMS reporting tools or integrations with SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT, and troubleshoot technical or functional issues.
  • Provide end-user and administrator training and create system documentation/user guides.
  • Participate in ongoing LMS enhancements, upgrades, and support activities.
  • Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and alignment with learning governance and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
  • Deep understanding of LMS functionalities including curricula, learning items, catalogs, assignments, notifications, and assessments.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using Boomi, CPI, or API/web services.
  • Strong knowledge of system configuration, security roles, workflows, and data migration in LMS.
  • Familiarity with SCORM/AICC/xAPI content formats and LMS content management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning Certification.
  • Experience with SAP Enable Now or other learning content authoring tools.
  • Familiarity with Learning Reporting tools such as Plateau Reports, Report Canvas, or ORD.
  • Exposure to global LMS deployments and compliance-driven training environments (e.g., pharma, manufacturing).
