- Conduct thorough data analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Utilize agile methodology to facilitate project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations based on data analysis findings.
- Collaborate with it teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (uat) and provide support during implementation phase.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in data analysis, business analysis, and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.
- Experience in agile methodology, including scrum and kanban frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Certifications: Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred.
