Location: PAP22 - PA - Philadelphia, 1701 John F Kennedy Blvd
Contract: W2 only, 12-month contract with potential for extension
Pay: $37 /hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
Overview
This role involves enhancing the client's digital customer experience, focusing on small and mid-market segments. The candidate will drive continuous improvements, prioritize features based on customer feedback, and collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and communicate the digital product roadmap aligned with business priorities and strategic goals.
Collaborate with stakeholder teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
Own backlog prioritization, ensuring the delivery of high-value features and functionality.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Lead the process of defining digital product requirements and participate in solution design sessions.
Collaborate with technology partners to identify system impacts and technical dependencies.
Partner with UX, content, analytics, digital sales, marketing, technology, and brand teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of the roadmap.
Required Skills
0-3 years of experience in product management or related roles.
Ability to understand existing processes and translate customer behavior and needs into product requirements.
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Ability to dive deep into technical considerations as needed.
Experience in managing digital product roadmaps and backlog prioritization.
Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates and reporting.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing complex initiatives.
Knowledge of agile development processes.
Ability to quickly learn and understand technical product areas.
Experience with analytics and customer research to identify pain points and opportunities.
