Title: Product Manager, Digital Product Management 
Location: PAP22 - PA - Philadelphia, 1701 John F Kennedy Blvd 
Contract: W2 only, 12-month contract with potential for extension  
Pay: $37 /hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match 

Overview 

This role involves enhancing the client's digital customer experience, focusing on small and mid-market segments. The candidate will drive continuous improvements, prioritize features based on customer feedback, and collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional digital experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain and communicate the digital product roadmap aligned with business priorities and strategic goals. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholder teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation and enhancement. 

  • Own backlog prioritization, ensuring the delivery of high-value features and functionality. 

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. 

  • Lead the process of defining digital product requirements and participate in solution design sessions. 

  • Collaborate with technology partners to identify system impacts and technical dependencies. 

  • Partner with UX, content, analytics, digital sales, marketing, technology, and brand teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of the roadmap. 

Required Skills 

  • 0-3 years of experience in product management or related roles. 

  • Ability to understand existing processes and translate customer behavior and needs into product requirements. 

  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. 

  • Ability to dive deep into technical considerations as needed. 

  • Experience in managing digital product roadmaps and backlog prioritization. 

  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset. 

  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates and reporting. 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing complex initiatives. 

  • Knowledge of agile development processes. 

  • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical product areas. 

  • Experience with analytics and customer research to identify pain points and opportunities.
