Job Title: Casino Test Engineer
Job Location: Las Vegas, NV (Fully On-Site; Monday-Friday, flexible hours)
Pay Rate: $60k-$80k base salary + Bonus Potential + 20 Days PTO + 401k with 5% Match + Comprehensive Benefits

Must Have:
  • 2+ years of casino game testing experience (traditional land-based games, not online gaming)
  • Engineering, Technical, or related Associate's or Bachelor's degree

Preferred:
  • Experience with Casino Management Systems (CMS) such as:

- IGT Advantage
- Aristocrat Oasis
- LNW/Bally SDS
- Konami Synkros

Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to perform hands-on testing of land-based casino games. You will work directly with gaming cabinets, software, and systems, collaborate closely with engineering leadership, and play a key role in validating products against strict regulatory and technical standards. This is a hands-on engineering opportunity for someone who thrives in detailed technical work, complex system testing, and a collaborative, positive team culture.

REQUIREMENT: You must be able to work on-site Monday-Friday in the Las Vegas, NV office.
(All testing is done in-office on real gaming equipment; remote work is not available.)

What You'll Do

Execute Compliance & Functional Testing: Perform detailed testing of traditional slot machines, casino gaming cabinets, and related systems to ensure functionality, accuracy, and adherence to gaming standards.
Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose hardware/software failures, interpret error logs, and work through complex mechanical and system-level problems.
Test Casino Management System (CMS) Interactions: Validate communication between gaming machines and backend casino systems, including transactions, meters, player tracking, and wallet behavior.
Document Test Results: Produce clear, accurate test reports, maintain detailed documentation, and follow testing procedures and compliance protocols.
Collaborate With Engineering Leaders: Work closely with the Group Manager, fellow Test Engineers, and team leads to coordinate testing efforts, share knowledge, and resolve technical issues.
Maintain Lab Accuracy & Readiness: Set up, configure, and verify gaming equipment; ensure test environments mirror real-world casino conditions.
Cross-Functional Communication: Engage with internal engineering, compliance, and project teams to clarify requirements and support high-quality deliverables.
Process & Quality Improvement: Suggest enhancements to testing procedures, efficiency improvements, and documentation updates to continually elevate testing quality.
Team Culture & Leadership Influence: Contribute to a collaborative, positive, humble team environment-supporting teammates, sharing knowledge, and reinforcing a culture of integrity and teamwork.
