Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute mid-to-large scale telecom projects within Charter Communications. This role ensures delivery of network, infrastructure, and service expansion initiatives across cross-functional engineering, operations, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles across broadband, fiber, network refresh, infrastructure upgrades, and customer-facing service initiatives.

• Drive project planning, scoping, scheduling, milestones, and execution aligned with PMO standards.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Network Operations, Field Ops, and Vendor teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and resource gaps proactively.

• Track and report project KPIs, timelines, budget adherence, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.

• Utilize internal systems (e.g., Workfront, Jira, SharePoint, Spectrum PM tools) for tracking and documentation.

• Ensure strict compliance with quality, operational, and regulatory frameworks.

• Support change management, technical documentation, and process improvement across project workflows.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, drive accountability, and maintain strong communication channels.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in telecommunications, cable, broadband, or network deployment projects.

• Strong understanding of HFC, Fiber, DOCSIS, Node Splits, Network Builds, MDU/Commercial deployments, or related technologies.

• Proficiency in project management tools Workfront, Jira, MS Project, Visio, Smartsheet.

• Solid experience managing technical teams, vendors, and large multi-site implementations.

• Excellent skills in risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with Charter Communications / Spectrum programs or processes.

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications.

• Experience with agile + hybrid project delivery models.

• Familiarity with local Denver metro fiber/construction permitting is a plus.
