Compensation:
Pay Range: $84000K-$12000K
Description:
Act as a liaison to ensure healthcare information systems function as intended.
Research and resolve software problems as part of daily operational support.
Work with team members on the design and implementation of new solutions.
Perform training, create and review documentation, and support assigned applications.
Plan and lead implementation, testing, and update documentation and training.
Provide 2nd/3rd level support for unplanned downtime and issues.
Participate in interdisciplinary committees to drive the use of electronic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a business liaison to uncover and address potential issues.
Train co-workers and assist in resolving reported issues.
Identify and resolve workflow issues to optimize solutions.
Provide ongoing maintenance and advancement of applications and reports.
Investigate and solve problems with application software and interfaces.
Participate in the process of identifying service issues and recommending solutions.
Plan, design, and implement applications while assisting with workflow redesign.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training required.
Minimum 3 years' experience with clinical or financial applications support required.
Experience implementing and supporting applications within a hospital preferred.
Software Module Certification or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in customer service skills.
