Job Description:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Utilize CX-Project Management methodologies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Implement Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) best practices to optimize project outcomes.
- Experience in using Microsoft Project Plan(MPP)
