Title: Chronos Advanced Scheduling Functional Consultant
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Job Type: Contract
The Chronos Advanced Scheduling Functional Consultant is responsible for delivering expert guidance and support in the configuration, deployment, and optimization of UKG (formerly Kronos) Advanced Scheduling solutions. This role focuses on aligning workforce scheduling capabilities with business requirements across industries such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and public services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional workshops to gather and analyze scheduling requirements.
- Configure Advanced Scheduling modules including shift patterns, labor rules, and staffing matrices.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with payroll, HRIS, and timekeeping systems.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance support
