Position Title: Application Architect / Compass21 Application Architect

Location: Austin TX-(Remote)

Anticipated Start Date: 06/10/2024.

Expected Duration: 6+ months (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Type: Contract - 40 HRS Weekly, Hybrid

Pay Range: $95/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

• 15+yrs Application Maintenance & Development


• 15+yrs development experience in one of the following programming languages: CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen,


• 15+yrs SQL.


• As a Compass21 Application Architect you will be architecturally responsible for analysis, design, code, and testing of multiple components of application code for multiple systems using CASE tools (CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen). You will be involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of modules and those that interface with other applications. You will also Combine technical skills with knowledge systems and business processes to develop effective solutions.


• Sets direction for solutions and development plans as they impact the application.


• Interact with client and maintain client relationships.


• Experience with application maintenance and/or development.


• Experience with CASE tools (CA Gen, AllFusion Gen, or Cool:Gen), technical platforms (HP Nonstop aka NSK, Tandem).


• 15+ years of experience in application maintenance and/or development


• 15+ years of development experience in one of the following programming languages: CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen,


• 15+ years of experience with SQL


• 15+ years of experience with Medicaid


• 15+ years of experience with specific technical platforms including HP NonStop (aka NSK, Tandem)


• 15+ years of experience maintaining customer relationships


• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills


• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills


• Good customer service skills
