MDM Analyst
Job Details
Role: MDM Analyst Location: Austin Duration: 6 months
Role Description & Required/Preferred Skills:
Key Qualifications - MDM Analyst
Analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills; able to analyze issues, including large data sets, to determine root causes and recommend solutions
System knowledge: SAP, Agile
Working knowledge of Excel and Tableau
System configuration management, translating BOM setup into system readiness, comparing systems
Change Management & Document Control: Setting up workflow roles, auditing changes for accuracy, system validations
Interpersonal and verbal/written communication
Ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
The MDM Analyst will:
Supports NPI, Sustaining, and compliance System Readiness
Work with upstream and downstream partners to troubleshoot and triage tickets
Seamlessly support multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to set priorities across NPI, sustain programs and projects, and pivot between LOBs
Manage program implementation of Agile ECR, ECO, and MCO analysis, processing submissions to minimize processing time, data accuracy, and data integrity between submission and implementation, optimizing department throughput and SLA
Communicate project status
Identify areas of improvement or gaps in current processes and develop strategies to promote efficiency and productivity
Skills:7+ years in BI Data Visualization - Tableau
7+ years in Master Data Management/Informatica (MDM)
