Job Details

Our government client is looking for an experienced HCM/HRIS Systems Analyst on a hybrid 12+ months renewable contract opportunity in Atlanta, GA (Local only).

Position: HCM/HRIS Systems Analyst
 
Job Summary:
The role of the Business Analyst will:
Review and resolve data conversion issues to successfully map data from legacy systems to Workday.
Review and disposition test defects.
Provide technical support in the maintenance or enhancements of systems.
Provide tier-two user support.
Serve as a liaison between assigned business units and the technical team to provide technical support.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong data analysis skills.
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, SQL, and/or data analysis tools.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present and document high quality, detailed deliverables.
Experienced in presenting to multiple layers of leadership (Director, C-level executives, etc.)
MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS: 
Four years’ experience implementing and/or administering HRIS.  Direct experience in large-scale data conversions.
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM.
Experience administering PeopleSoft HCM
Experience supporting technology in the public sector.
Required/Prefered Experience:

  • 4 years of Strong Human Resources Systems (HRIS) knowledge implementing and/or administering HRIS. Required
  • 2 years of Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM. Required
  • 2 years of Experience administering Peoplesoft HCM. Required
