Overview
Client is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Project Manager with strong customer relationship skills and a proven record in managing ServiceNow initiatives. The role involves leading end-to-end implementation projects, including migrations from BMC Remedy, while supporting client growth and project success.
Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementation projects, from planning to post-deployment support

Lead migration from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow with minimal business disruption

Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets

Direct cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration across departments

Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate

Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies
-
Maintain alignment with client business objectives and IT strategies
-
Promote project best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards
Requirements
-
Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field
-
4 6 years experience in project management with ServiceNow implementations

Strong understanding of ITSM, system migrations, and integrations
-
Proficiency in project management principles, tools, and methodologies

Experience with ITIL processes and knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, ServiceNow

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Presentation development and client-facing communication experience

Proven teamwork and leadership in dynamic environments
