Program Manager
Salary: $86,250 -$115,000

We re seeking a seasoned Program Manager with a proven track record of orchestrating large-scale initiatives within pharmaceutical or life sciences environments. The ideal candidate will bring strategic oversight, operational fluency, and deep expertise in managing cross-functional programs across regulated domains. Experience with VEEVA Vault or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic program delivery across regulatory, clinical, and commercial portfolios
- Align cross-functional teams on scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and governance alignment
- Ensure program compliance with GxP standards and internal quality frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and process optimization
- Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership on prioritization and resource planning
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of program or project leadership experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO settings
- Demonstrated success managing multi-stream initiatives in regulated environments
- Strong command of GxP workflows, documentation systems, and compliance protocols
- Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in program tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with VEEVA Vault (Clinical, Quality, or Regulatory modules)
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery models
