Project / Turnaround Planner - Beaumont, TX
Location: On-site, Beaumont, TX
Duration: 12+ Months | Long-term

This is a hands-on, on-site role supporting one of our major energy clients, where you ll be planning, coordinating, and optimizing critical maintenance and project activities that keep operations running safely and efficiently.

What You ll Be Doing
-  Develop and maintain project and turnaround plans using SAP and modern planning tools. 
-  Create detailed job packs, including drawings, materials, procedures, and safety documentation. 
-  Partner with Project, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance teams to align on schedules and execution strategies. 
-  Build and update weekly, monthly, quarterly, and multi-year lookahead schedules for both maintenance and upgrade work. 
-  Manage the dispatch and coordination of work resources with supervision and field teams. 
-  Provide technical support across CMMS modules and ensure accurate documentation for work orders. 
-  Identify and order required materials, coordinating with vendors and supply chain teams as needed. 
-  Track KPIs, generate reports, and analyze trends to ensure schedule and regulatory compliance. 
-  Support the development and implementation of process improvements for efficiency and cost control. 
-  Assist in budget planning and ongoing performance monitoring. 
What You Bring
-  5+ years of maintenance planning experience in oil & gas or petrochemical facilities. 
-  Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA experience with Prometheus, Primavera P6, or MS Project is a major plus. 
-  Practical experience in mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical systems planning. 
-  Experience coordinating field work such as scaffolding, rigging/lifting, welding, painting, and fabrication. 
-  Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to build trust across departments. 
-  High attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to prioritize under pressure. 
-  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
-  TWIC card (or ability to obtain one) and a valid driver s license. 
Bonus Points
-  Experience working in a PHMSA-regulated pipeline environment. 
-  Exposure to gas compression and metering equipment. 
-  Ability to read P&IDs and technical drawings.
