Job Details

Payrate: $60.00 - $70.00/hr.

Summary:
Manages the execution of projects within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies. The candidate will be creating a detailed project plan/schedule. Manage the RAID log, track progress, drive execution, and provide detailed status summaries to the broader team. When needed they will be managing escalations and resolving roadblocks to keep the team focused. They will be hosting and coordinating meetings with the Mar Tech, Adobe, and Marketing Ops team to drive execution. The Marketing Transformation program is a critical enterprise priority for the Company.

Candidate Requirements:
  • 8+ years program / project management experience
  • Bachelor s degree Preferred
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Platform experience preferred
  • Experience working with business and technical teams
  • Experience developing detailed project plans / timelines
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Program Management - 8+ years
  • Project Planning - 8+ years
  • Marketing Technology (Salesforce / Adobe) - 2+ years

Skills:
  • Proven experience managing projects with organizational skills, attention to detail.
  • Proven stakeholder management - who are the stakeholders, communication plan, structure.
  • Proven Risk/Issue management experience and experience managing project teams consisting of both offshore / off site resources.
  • Experience with Marketing Technology like Adobe Experience Platform and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Ability to craft story, communicate background, next steps, what's in it for me

  • Direct marketing technology implementation experience

Years of Experience:
  • 8+ but willing to accept a candidate with less years of experience if they have relevant experience

Degrees or Certifications:
  • Experience preferred, PMP nice to have

Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering or related field.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
