Workstation Support Technician Onsite - Columbia, SC!

SYSTEMTEC is seeking Workstation Support Technician for Onsite Opportunity. This role needs to have excellent customer services skills and prior experience monitoring, tracking, documenting Computer Hardware, Software and Peripherals (Monitors/Keyboard/etc.), along with Computer Assets and Inventory.

Required Qualifications of the Workstation Support Technician:

• Applicants Must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• Required Education: Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job related field or 2 years of job related work experience. 
• Work Experience: 1 year-of technical operations support experience
• Recent experience monitoring work/requests
• Documenting validation of the work order Computer Hardware, Software and Peripherals (Monitors/Keyboard/etc.)
• May order replacement parts and track inventory
• Organize each work order and create build sheets and work with the imaging lab to start that process
• Excellent customer services skills
• Preferred: A+ Certification

Responsibilities of the Workstation Support Technician:

• Working as part of a team handling new hire and replacement deployments of PC, peripherals, software installs, and imaging of assets across the business enterprise.
• Following established policies and procedures, assists in rollout and installation of workstation software and hardware. Performs basic software updates and handles moves, computer setup and peripherals from site to site.
