Job Details

We are seeking a Product Analyst with strong Adobe experience to support digital product development and customer experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to define product requirements, analyze customer data, and leverage Adobe Experience Cloud tools to enhance digital engagement and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define and prioritize product features and enhancements across digital platforms.

  • Leverage Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer) to analyze user behavior, content performance, and campaign outcomes.

  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements documents (BRDs/FRDs) that align with strategic goals.

  • Analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Partner with UX, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure product design and implementation meet business objectives.

  • Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives using Adobe Target.

  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve user engagement and ROI.

  • Document product functionality, workflows, and dependencies in JIRA / Confluence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 8 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Digital Analyst, or Business Analyst in a product-driven environment.

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Adobe Analytics, AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, or Adobe Campaign).

  • Strong knowledge of digital product lifecycle, data analytics, and customer experience optimization.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

  • Experience documenting detailed user stories, business processes, and acceptance criteria.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within cross-functional product teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
