Job Overview:
This role is responsible for material planning, forecasting, and readiness to enable technology development, new product development, supply qualification, and factory readiness. The Program Manager III will act as a primary interface between Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Supplier/Manufacturing Partner(s). The ideal candidate will bring passion, dedication, and a drive for continuous improvement to this role, ensuring the successful execution of supply chain and materials management for new product introductions (NPI).

Responsibilities:
  • Lead materials budget planning and spend management through collaboration with Finance and Engineering.
  • Manage clear-to-build (CTB) processes for pre-production build phases.
  • Propose optimized supply planning to ensure on-time build schedules.
  • Drive closure of materials issues to maintain project timelines.
  • Work closely with Engineering to manage multiple or alternate source qualifications through build management.
  • Lead NPI materials process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate daily or weekly supply planning meetings with Manufacturer Partners.

Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, or comparable experience.
  • Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) supply chain management.
  • Strong project/program management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel; technical expertise and prior OEM management experience are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile, SAP, Oracle, Numbers, Keynote, and Pages is a plus.
  • Certifications such as PMP, APICS, CSCP, or CPIM are a plus.

Pay Range: $85 - $87

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
