Location: Southern Region (Onsite)
Description:
The O365 Engineer will be responsible for supporting and enhancing collaboration tools and administrative functions within a hybrid cloud and on-premises environment. This role involves managing enterprise tools, performing security-related investigations, and administering user permissions across platforms. The engineer will also create documentation and technical diagrams, support end-user issues, and contribute to ongoing cloud administration initiatives. Success in this role requires a mix of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate complex topics to non-technical users.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in systems administration or engineering
Proficiency in scripting and report generation using standard tools
Experience troubleshooting enterprise productivity tools including file-sharing, communications, and authentication platforms
Ability to manage and assign permissions within directory services
Familiarity working in environments that combine cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure
Strong written documentation skills and experience creating architecture diagrams
Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize changing workloads
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to effectively train or assist non-technical users in understanding IT processes
Reliable and accountable work ethic
Desired Skills:
Experience performing eDiscovery investigations or legal data searches using compliance and auditing tools
Exposure to identity management and directory services administration
Familiarity with visual diagramming tools for technical documentation

Pay Range: $61.25-$87.50 per hour
