TIBCO Architect

The Tibco Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Tibco-based integration solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Tibco products, integration patterns, and best practices, along with strong leadership and communication skills to guide development teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Develop and design scalable, robust, and high-performance integration architectures using Tibco products (e.g., Tibco Business Works, Tibco EMS, Tibco Spotfire).
• Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation of integration solutions, ensuring they meet the functional and non-functional requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and quality standards are adhered to.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal operation of Tibco integration solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including design specifications, integration diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest Tibco products and integration technologies and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve complex integration issues, providing expert-level support to development and operations teams.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT integration with recent 5+ years experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using Tibco products.
• Extensive experience with Tibco Business Works, Tibco EMS, Tibco Spotfire, and other relevant Tibco products.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, SOA, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
