Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and drive the strategic growth of our online business operations in Warren, Ohio. This role requires a visionary leader who can optimize digital experiences, enhance customer engagement, and increase revenue across various platforms. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our eCommerce strategies and ensuring the seamless execution of initiatives that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data-driven eCommerce strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Optimize website conversion rates by analyzing user behavior and improving the overall digital experience.
Manage site merchandising to ensure products are displayed effectively, aligning promotions with seasonal campaigns and business objectives.
Lead the enhancement and integration of eCommerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and superior customer experience.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, using insights to continuously improve site performance and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align eCommerce initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies.
Train and mentor team members, fostering growth and promoting best practices in eCommerce management.
Drive innovation and implement A/B testing strategies to refine user experience and maximize conversion rates.
Oversee the development and execution of the site roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on performance data.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of direct-to-consumer eCommerce experience, with a proven track record of success.
Expertise in conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing and user experience enhancements.
Strong background in site merchandising and driving product visibility.
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to inform strategic decisions.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Shopify and other eCommerce platforms, with a focus on driving platform improvements.
