Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for regulatory requirement analysis, design, execution, and deployment of Global IT Solution in Serialization.
  • Manage the internal and external serialized warehouse operations with Integration to Enterprise Systems.
  • Provide oversight and direction of serialization processes to drive enterprise standardization across environments.
  • Responsible for supporting the configuration, validation, and deployment of various serialization enterprise solutions to meet regulatory mandates.
  • Drive compliance with the IT Quality processes and client's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, including the IT change management and quality and testing process.
  • Provide support and direction to project and program managers in overcoming hurdles and moving projects forward by proactively mitigating open issues and project risks.
  • Maintain consistent communication channels between all vested parties: steering committee, business sponsors, IT stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Manage and maintain the capabilities of current serialization applications in accordance with business needs.
  • Design and deploy solutions for serialized warehouse operations with external third-party logistics integrations and internal distribution center and warehouses to meet upcoming regulatory mandates.
  • Proactively connect, collaborate and maintain communication with external regulatory bodies technical teams to analyze regulatory reporting needs, functional requirements and deliver project methodology artifacts as needed, in accordance with client's' project methodology.
  • Lead organization change management efforts in areas of responsibility.
  • Lead the coordination with Business Process Owners, other team members, consultants, and offshore resources, to define solutions for new problems, projects or opportunities and prioritize issues and projects within the product serialization process.
  • Telecommuting permitted anywhere within the United States.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, and 6 years of experience in the position offered or related, including 6 years of experience with applying knowledge of GS1 standards and Global Serialization regulatory requirements including US DSCSA, EU FMD, Russia CRPT;
  • Working with Enterprise Serialization Platforms including SAP ATTP, SAP ICH, and Tracelink; enterprise Serialization solutions integration with Packaging solutions from Optel, Systech, and seavision;
  • Interpreting complex regulatory requirements (US DSCSA, EU FMD, Russia CRPT) and deliver solutions with integration to ERP, SAP ATTP, SAP ICH, and Tracelink solutions;
  • Performing analysis, optimization, and system implementation of complex processes in Serialized Warehouse operations, Third Party Logistics Providers Integrations, Customer Business to Business connectivity for Serialization data exchange, Regulatory reporting, Serialization Data Archiving, and secure supply chain analytics;
  • Working with Network Firewall, Security and AD Integration and collaborating with IT for connectivity; and applying knowledge of complex Track and Trace projects and Global GS1 concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives and present those concepts to both IT and non-IT audiences.
