Title: Designer UX Standard III
Duration: 4 Months - Long Term
Location: Washington, DC 20433
Hybrid Onsite: 4 Days per week onsite from Day1.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Interactive Designer with a sharp analytical mindset and strong UX design capabilities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models that deliver seamless and accessible user journeys. A deep understanding of user behavior, usability principles, and UX best practices is essential.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, especially with AI-driven or data-intensive applications such as chatbots, intelligent assistants, or predictive analytics tools.
Note: We are not looking for Visual Designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, user-cantered interaction flows and prototypes for enterprise-grade applications.
- Translate high-level requirements into detailed UX designs, working iteratively to refine based on feedback.
- Develop detailed micro-interactions and scenario-specific mock-ups using Figma.
- Drive UX design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality output that aligns with standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Ensure all designs are accessible and inclusive, adhering to usability and accessibility standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in interaction design and rapid prototyping.
- Proficient in Figma (minimum requirement; the more advanced, the better).
- Excellent ability to create detailed, scenario-specific mockups and micro-interactions.
- Ability to handle ambiguous, high-level requirements and break them down into actionable UX steps.
- Strong understanding of user behavior, UX best practices, and accessibility standards.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work on AI-driven or data-intensive applications (e.g., chatbots, intelligent assistants, or analytics dashboards).
- Experience with enterprise applications or B2B platforms.
- Familiarity with designing for complex workflows, system feedback, and user decision support.
