Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Interactive Designer with a sharp analytical mindset and strong UX design capabilities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models that deliver seamless and accessible user journeys. A deep understanding of user behavior, usability principles, and UX best practices is essential.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, especially with AI-driven or data-intensive applications such as chatbots, intelligent assistants, or predictive analytics tools.

Note: We are not looking for Visual Designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, user-cantered interaction flows and prototypes for enterprise-grade applications.
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed UX designs, working iteratively to refine based on feedback.
  • Develop detailed micro-interactions and scenario-specific mock-ups using Figma.
  • Drive UX design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality output that aligns with standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
  • Ensure all designs are accessible and inclusive, adhering to usability and accessibility standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in interaction design and rapid prototyping.
  • Proficient in Figma (minimum requirement; the more advanced, the better).
  • Excellent ability to create detailed, scenario-specific mockups and micro-interactions.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous, high-level requirements and break them down into actionable UX steps.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior, UX best practices, and accessibility standards.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior work on AI-driven or data-intensive applications (e.g., chatbots, intelligent assistants, or analytics dashboards).
  • Experience with enterprise applications or B2B platforms.
  • Familiarity with designing for complex workflows, system feedback, and user decision support.
