ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant

We're looking for a sharp, client-focused ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant to bridge business needs with technical capabilities and help shape tailored ServiceNow solutions that deliver real value.
What You'll Do
Engage with Clients: Meet directly with prospects to understand their business objectives, workflows, and pain points.
Lead Technical Pre-Sales: Own the technical dimension of the sales cycle-answer complex product questions, handle objections, and provide expert insights on ServiceNow capabilities.
Drive Solution Design: Collaborate with account executives to assess customer needs and design fit-for-purpose ServiceNow solutions.
Deliver Demos That Land: Conduct impactful, customized product demonstrations that highlight how ServiceNow can solve real-world problems.
Be a Trusted Advisor: Build lasting relationships by guiding clients with strategic input and staying on top of ServiceNow platform advancements.
What You Bring
Hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
Experience supporting enterprise software sales, ideally in a SaaS environment.
Strong consultative approach, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify technical details for business stakeholders and dig into the weeds with technical audiences.
