Job Title: Informatica Customer 360 Architect/Lead
Location : Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Informatica Customer 360 (C360) professional (Architect/Lead) to join our data trust team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Informatica s MDM and Customer 360 platforms, with a strong background in data integration, data quality, and customer data management.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Informatica Customer 360 and MDM platforms.
Create and maintain data models, hierarchies, and customer profiles to support a unified customer view.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement data governance, data quality rules, and match/merge logic.
Integrate Customer 360 with various data sources and downstream systems.
Monitor and optimize performance of C360 processes and workflows.
Support data stewardship and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Informatica MDM, with at least 3+ years in Customer 360.
Strong understanding of data integration, ETL, and data quality principles.
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database design.
Experience with REST APIs, Informatica IDMC, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Informatica certifications (e.g., MDM Developer, Data Governance).
Experience in customer data platforms (CDPs) or CRM integrations.
Familiarity with industry-specific data models (e.g., Manufacturing, Aerospace etc.).
