We're hiring a ServiceNow Developer to support an internal federal-facing IT Solutions Consulting & Engineering team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions across a large enterprise environment. You'll collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, contribute to platform standards, and help drive continuous improvement across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and configurations




  • Build and manage Service Catalogs and Portal experiences (required)




  • Develop integrations using JDBC, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML




  • Create scripts including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, Portal Pages, and UI Pages




  • Configure and maintain Flows and Workflows




  • Gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and contribute to solution design




  • Support ServiceNow patching and major version upgrades




  • Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for testing and validation




  • Work effectively in an Agile environment

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or equivalent experience




  • 8-9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience




  • Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AJAX




  • Proven experience building and maintaining Service Catalogs and Portal experiences




  • Experience scripting across multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform




  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience with ITSM, CMDB, PPM, FSM, CSM, and App Engine




  • Integration experience with third-party monitoring, incident management, and reporting tools




  • Experience with Galileo Suite for XaaS




  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and deployments




  • Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies
