My name is Van and I work as a Sr. Technical Recruiter with Sysmind. We been a trusted partner to Fortune 500 clients for over 25 years, helping bridge critical staffing gaps with top industry talent. We are currently seeking a Program Management to join our team for an exciting project.
Role: Program Management
Location: Atlanta, GA/Smyrna, GA/Forest Park, GA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
Role Description:
  • Lead and manage IAM programs and SailPoint implementation projects across multiple business units.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria aligned with security and compliance objectives.
  • Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and communication plans for stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Track risks, dependencies, and issues ensure proactive mitigation and escalation management.
  • Technical Leadership (SailPoint IAM Platforms)Oversee end-to-end delivery of SailPoint Identity IQ Identity Now projects including integration, customization, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with IAM architects and engineers to define role-based access models, certification campaigns, and access governance workflows.
  • Ensure successful integrations with AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, HR systems, and application directories.
  • Provide functional and technical oversight to ensure adherence to architecture and security standards.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary contact for IAM program communications across IT, business, audit, and compliance teams.
  • Lead steering committee and technical governance meetings with clear reporting on milestones, risks, and metrics.
  • Translate technical concepts into business language for executive updates.
  • Partner with vendors and system integrators to align solution delivery with enterprise requirements.
Operational Excellence
  • Define KPIs and metrics for access governance, provisioning, and compliance posture.
  • Drive continuous improvement in joiner-mover-leaver processes, access reviews, and entitlement management.
  • Support audit, SOX, and regulatory compliance initiatives related to identity and access controls.
  • Promote automation and process optimization to enhance user experience and reduce operational overhead.
