Job Title: Workday Integration & HR Systems Developer
Location: Initially in Branchville, then in Short Hills NJ

- Looking for a Workday Technical Specialist to support our HR technology environment.
 - Person should have a strong background in APIs and modern integration tools.
 - The role is focused on supporting and maintaining our existing Workday SaaS environment, not building new solutions from scratch
 
Sr Workday Integration Developer that has also worked as a Core HCM Functional Consultant doing all functional work, Business Process redesign gather requirements, NEED STRONG Workday Security experience as well.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Integration & API Development
              Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and EIBs.
              Develop and support integration between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, identity management).
              Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant data exchange across platforms.
              Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high system availability.
Workday HR Administration
              Serve as a Workday functional administrator for core HR modules (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, etc.).
              Configure business processes, security roles, and reporting within Workday.
              Support HR teams with system enhancements, data audits, and release management.
              Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.
 
Required Qualifications:
              Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
              3+ years of experience in API development and system integration.
              2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday administration and configuration.
              Proficiency with Workday Studio, Extend, EIBs, and Workday Web Services (WWS).
              Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
              Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML) and security best practices
 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
              Workday certifications in Integration Core, Studio, Extend, or HCM.
              Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
              Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
              Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
