Job Details

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead / Architect with expertise in React Native, Angular, JavaScript, Java, and Objective-C to design and deliver scalable mobile and web applications. The role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to architect cross-platform mobile solutions while integrating with enterprise backends. The ideal candidate will work with product managers, UX designers, and development teams to drive technical excellence, solution architecture, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the end-to-end mobile application architecture using React Native, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.

  • Provide technical leadership for cross-platform mobile development (iOS & Android) and integration with web applications built in Angular.

  • Design and implement solutions leveraging React Native, Angular, JavaScript (ES6+), Java (Android), and Objective-C (iOS).

  • Lead and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure consistent user experiences across platforms.

  • Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend services.

  • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance development efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, performance, and accessibility standards.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues across platforms (React Native bridges, native modules in Java/Objective-C, Angular integration).

  • Prepare and maintain technical design documents, architecture blueprints, and reusable frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in React Native architecture, app lifecycle, performance tuning, and native integrations.

  • Proficiency in Angular, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

  • Hands-on experience with Java (Android) and Objective-C/Swift (iOS) for native module development and app store deployments.

  • Experience in mobile app CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).

  • Deep understanding of mobile app security, offline storage, performance optimization, and third-party SDK integrations.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and API integration patterns.

  • Strong experience in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in micro-frontend and hybrid app architectures.

  • Prior experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.

  • Knowledge of Flutter or Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) is an added advantage.

  • Open-source contributions or published apps on App Store / Google Play.
