Job Description
Toyota s is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in Automotive and Captive Lending to support the optimization and standardization of customer-facing forms and correspondence across multiple source systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless, accurate, and compliant communication throughout the loan, lease, servicing, and collections lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and mapping data flows, aligning form fields with backend systems, and enabling personalized, regulatory-compliant communications across customer interaction channels. This position requires a strong understanding of data structures, business processes, and system integration within the lending domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document data flows between customer-facing forms, correspondence templates, and enterprise systems such as Salesforce (CRM), Snowflake (Data Platform), Mainframe DB2/VSAM (Servicing Systems), and Document Management Systems
Reverse-engineer legacy forms and communications to uncover undocumented data dependencies and embedded logic
Map form fields to Common Data Elements (CDEs), ensuring consistency and alignment across platforms
Conduct data profiling and validation to confirm the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of mapped elements
Maintain and update metadata repositories, including data dictionaries and lineage documentation
Execute detailed data mapping between source systems and Adobe forms, ensuring mappings are reviewed and validated by business stakeholders
Document data lineage, transformation logic, and mapping rules to support auditability and regulatory compliance
Perform rigorous data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate mapping and output
Support reconciliation efforts to verify the completeness and correctness of mapped data
Ensure all data elements used in customer correspondence adhere to privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Collaborate closely with Data Stewardship, Product Owners, Legal, Customer Experience, and Dealer Experience teams to align data usage with strategic business objectives
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on enterprise data environments
Solid understanding of automotive finance products, including retail loans, leases, lease-end processes, collections, and bankruptcy workflows
Prior experience in automotive captive finance or consumer lending environments
Demonstrated expertise in data mapping, documenting data lineage, and reconciling data across core systems and dynamic, customer-facing forms
Proficient in SQL, Excel, and working with databases such as Snowflake and DB2; familiarity with mainframe systems commonly used in financial services
Exceptional analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams including Customer Experience and Dealer Experience
